When it comes to choosing a healthy diet, I think you should do your research and choose a diet that you can continue for the rest of your life and that you enjoy. Most people aren’t likely to stick with something long-term if they really don’t like it, and there are a number of different diets that are better for you than the standard, highly processed diet most of us have grown up with. Almost anything would be better than that.
