What’s the Big Deal About Exercise?
Exercise. We all hear about, we all talk about starting, but not many of us actually exercise regularly. Only about 28% of the U.S. population exercises regularly, which is very sad especially given the information from a 2018 study that showed that not exercising has the greatest negative effect on a person’s health. In fact, not exercising is worse for someone than being a smoker. This is why I recommend to all my patients that they exercise, and that they do so for the rest of their lives, as long as they are able.
